This is my third and final concept and it has more of a batch feel to it than the other two. For this concept I decided to use corrugated iron roofing as a point of difference from the other two, of which both have tiled roofing, it also goes well with the batch theme. I have again included solar panels as I have in the first two and choose to go for the two 6x2.3 containers option opposed to the one 12x2.3 option as I feel that two containers gives more options for design ideas. This time I have the containers placed out in an L shape giving a perfect area for the deck to slot into. This my first concept to include a spa as I thought that the deck was the right size to accommodate it. For sustainability I have the second hand containers and recycled Radiata pine cladding and decking, I will also use recycled corrugated iron for the roof. I choose these materials as they are all abundant so would be easily attainable second hand. I also choose similarly for my other concepts as well.
